How to submit a request for support

Already created shipments.

  • If you have already created a shipment label and want to change it or delete it.
    Please add the waybill number and the ship to name to allow us to trace it faster. Then please let us know what you need to be done.

Issues creating shipments?

  • If you are having difficulty creating the label. Please check to remove all non-English accents, unfortunately, some carriers reject the accents when the address or name is submitted. We have no control over this issue.
    Then save the label for later in your account. Customer service will be able to see the label and help.
  • If you are having a problem creating a shipment with Purolator, make sure that the weight is 1 lb or more to get a quotation.
  • If you see something unforeseen on the screen, please take a picture with your mobile phone and keep it handy.
